Are you measuring your progress towards your goals by comparing where you are NOW to your END GOAL 🏅??
Aka 👉 if your goal is to walk for 1 mile... are you comparing how far you can walk up to 1 mile?
OR... are you comparing how far you can walk NOW compared to how far you could walk when you FIRST STARTED working on this goal?
Aka 👉 you can now walk 1/2 mile instead of 1/4 mile.
Research shows that focusing on the LATTER (where you are now vs. where you started) is WAY more likely to help you keep your head in the game 👊… especially for the long haul!
