Hello friends and fellow working mom warriors! Today I'm sharing a healthy what I eat in a day as a working mom. I typically do 16:8 intermittent fasting so I eat between 11am and 7pm but I'm not super strict about it. I try to pack as much protein as I can into each meal to keep me full and help maintain my muscle mass. I hope you got some yummy meal ideas!
