Chevrolet has unveiled power and torque specifications for the 2024 Blazer EV's 2LT and RS trims, both equipped with dual-motor all-wheel-drive systems. The 2LT and RS AWD trims will be packing 288 horsepower and 333 pound-feet of

torque, as confirmed by Chevrolet to Car and Driver. This marks the first time Chevrolet has disclosed the power and torque figures for these particular versions of its electric SUV. We've reached out to GM for official confirmation and will

update the story when we receive a response. Notably, Chevrolet had previously only shared power ratings for the high-performance Blazer EV SS, boasting a mighty 557 hp and up to 648 lb-ft of torque, as well as the Blazer EV PPV (Police
Pursuit Vehicle) with 498 hp and 531 lb-ft of torque. Ratings for the front-wheel-drive 2LT and rear-wheel-drive RS trims are still awaiting disclosure. In July, Chevrolet revealed updated pricing and EPA range estimates for the 2LT AWD, RS
AWD, and RS RWD trims. The base Blazer EV 2LT AWD is tagged at $56,715 (including shipping) and is projected to offer an EPA-estimated range of 279 miles. Furthermore, there's a 2LT FWD trim on the horizon for next year, though pricing
details are yet to be unveiled. Chevrolet does anticipate an estimated range of 293 miles for this upcoming variant. Moving on, the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV RS AWD will kick off at $60,215 and come with an EPA-estimated range of 279
miles. Interestingly, the Blazer EV RS RWD carries a higher starting price at $61,790 but claims the longest range in the lineup, offering 320 miles, according to Chevrolet. Chevrolet recently initiated orders for the Blazer EV 2LT AWD and RS
AWD, the first trims set to hit dealerships. The range-topping Blazer EV SS is expected to become available in spring 2024, after Chevrolet postponed its release by approximately six months. However, it's worth noting that Chevrolet has
removed the base 1LT trim level, which was initially anticipated to begin at around $45,000. It will be succeeded by the Blazer EV 2LT FWD arriving in 2024, though GM has not disclosed its price yet. It's clear that the 2LT FWD will be pricier
than the 1LT, given that the 2LT AWD starts at $56,715.==================================================================
