Welcome back to my sickness interrupted months! This is absolutely no fun and a great reminder why we need to take our health seriously.

Being able to stay on track in terms of food intake and exercises is one thing, feeling sick is another. And because we can only focus on one facet at one time, we often fall into the trap of thinking that our bodies is capable to handling any incoming viral or bacterial attacks.

Make no mistake, our bodies are an amazing machine but even the nicest car with the most powerful engine needs a good service and top quality fuel to keep it going. No different from our bodies. So, please do add more antioxidants and probiotics into your diet!
