Well that was a lot of fun and a tad brutal, two laps of Belfast Zoo, which happens to be on the side of Cave Hill. It was a little steep in places. A bit of an early start, as the race had to be run before the Zoo opened. It didn't help that the clocks had also just moved forward an hour. Unfortunately, most of the animals had forgotten and where enjoying a nice Sunday morning lie in. Well except for the elephants, they never forget.

Thanks to the Monkstown Spartans for running a great event, I'll be back next year.
