脆梅 15斤
1、梅子洗淨去蒂頭
2、加粗鹽3斤搓揉10分鐘,將梅子敲裂,加水蓋過梅子浸泡8小時(含鹽巴)
3、倒掉鹽水漂洗20分鐘,換水、重複4次(喜歡酸一點可以漂洗3次就好)脫水一分鐘
4、砂糖1.5斤加水煮開放涼,倒入淹過梅子(不夠加開水)浸泡一天
5、倒掉糖水,加入第二次糖水(3斤砂糖),浸泡一天
6、裝罐,加入糖水(4.5斤砂糖+4000cc)

Crispy pickle plum 9000g
1. Wash the plums and remove the stem
2. Add 1800g of salt and rub for 10 minutes, add water to cover plums and soak for 8 hours (with salt)
3. Put the plum into water for 20 minutes, change the water, and repeat 4 times (you can do it 3 times if you like acid). Put into the washing machine to dehydrate for one minute
4. 900g of sugar, add water, boil, open and cool, pour over the plums (not enough cover plums just add water), soak for one day
5. Pour out the sugar water, add the second sugar water (1800g of sugar ), soak another one day
6. Fill cans and add sugar water (2700g sugar + water 4000cc)
Put they in fridge one day can eat

10斤梅子
粗鹽2斤
砂糖6斤(第一次1斤、第二次2斤、第三次3斤)

tip~
1、第二次泡的糖水再燒開放涼泡水喝
2、糖的濃度要一次比一次濃,梅子才不容易壞掉

6000g of plums
salt 1200g
3600g of sugar (600g for the first time, 1200g for the second time, 1800g for the third time + 2700cc of water)

tip ~
1. The second soaked sugar water can boil it then drink with cold water
2. The sugar concentration must be thicker than once, so the plums are not easily broken
