For the storage and handling of pallets at Widek B.V. 's warehouse, the so-called 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲-𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 system was chosen, using an 𝗔𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗢𝗢𝗜® 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀. Thanks to the narrow-aisle forklift and the hydraulic telescopic forks, the storage capacity can be utilized to the maximum. In fact, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮. This is made possible because each storage location can accommodate two pallets, one behind the other, saving an aisle.

Widek is one of the few companies in the bicycle industry that still manufactures more than 90% of its products itself in the Netherlands.
