I decided to try the 'party ribs' craze and they did not disappoint!
Super easy and quick to make.

Instructions:
- Fire up the grill to about 325F
- Slice up the ribs into individual pieces
- Season with your favorite rub
- Grill on one side for approx 30 minutes
- Glaze with your favorite BBQ sauce
- 10 mins later, flip, glaze the other side
- Once 192/200F internal temp and probing well, pull them off
- Let rest 5-10 mins, enjoy!
