Education is needed for every human born in the world.It is a basic tool for anyone to make his/her livelihood.

If a man is educated it is beneficial for his family but if a woman is educated it is beneficial for her generation .

women education is fast improving in the last 20 years better than that of the previous decades.

It is in the hands of the government to increase the utilisation of the educated human resource for the development of the nation.

Under employment and unemployment are the most common worrying factors of the youths today.

Education has started spreading its wings of many new branches in almost all disciplines.

Academic institutions are also like mushroom growth in and around the world.

But the standard and quality of education is much eroded in many countries especially in india.

Educated qualified professors and research scholars are less paid in most of the private institutions inspite of more GER (Gross Enrolment Ratio) are enjoyed by these instructions.

GER is fast improving in states like Tamil Nadu in India.Eductional Institutions are making their way graveyard for them because of their own greediness with out foresight and vision.

Educational Institutions can not be run as a business money making company.It should have some ethics and philanthropic mindset for the welfare of the society at large.

If a person wants to make money, there are many more better options available for him, which are more saffer than an educational Institution.

Hence, it is understood that,what ever may be one's education,one has to improve his skills combined with his creativity and communication in English.

One has to find out his own SWOT analysis .

He should have complete picture of his own mind mapping and psychometric test analysis ready for himself and it should be frequently studied for his own improvement.

Overall the educated human should have to monitor his own perception about his vision of his life and It has to be supported by a mission of his own.
