Four minutes of fabulous frequencies using five Japanese Orin temple bells / singing bowls. In the UK we're moving into the last weeks of summer, the flowers outside the window are tall and moving gently in the breeze, we welcome the warmth of the sun, the buzz of the bees and the bowls were played while we looked out on to the garden

We chose these bells because the they seemed to reflect the mood of a Sunday morning at home, not having to go anywhere, simply having time to play and listen to the sounds.

For those that want to know the frequencies are 387 Hz, 602 Hz, 796 Hz and 882 Hz. The bigger bell has two frequencies of 193 / 581 Hz,
