No start mower. Dump pick mower will it run? I have this Craftsman Platinum 190cc mower and it is a dump pick. It's been sitting for a year in my bone yard. The reason it's been sitting, when I first picked it up it looked like it was in decent shape all the parts were here but when I got it home & pulled on the cord it would not turn over.
