This job is an opportunity for college students to come out on their summer break and make incredible money. They will get to live in a new city surrounded by other driven sales reps and entrepreneurs. They will also have the chance to get rent for free if they hit certain benchmarks and win thousands of dollars of prizes and incentives as they are involved in personal and team sales competitions on top of making a huge sales income. They will receive the best verbal, nonverbal, and para-verbal sales training and gain confidence beyond anything they have ever imagined. Sales reps will learn how to make a great first impression, how to build value in themselves and a product, how to negotiate, and how to close. This job will give them a huge advantage in any job market because they will learn to communicate with passion, confidence, and persuasion. Reps will be selling a 1 year, $500 pest control contract door to door and be paid a commission of the contract based on how many they sell in the summer. The average sales rep makes $26,000 working a 3.5 month summer. The top rookie rep every year makes over $100,000 in under 4 months. They must work a minimum of 3 months but can work up to 5 months depending on their school schedule or availability.
