The new Ford Fiesta ST 2022 is here with the new look and improved specs.

A fresh exterior design includes a more aggressive look to the front apron with honeycomb upper and lower grilles alongside large lower side vents. The upper grille and the side ventilation openings of the Fiesta ST are in characteristic Chrystaline Gray, and the aero-optimized lower lip spoiler, the side skirts, the tailgate spoiler and the rear diffuser are painted in the body color. The standard 17-inch alloy wheels or optional 18-inch alloy wheels have a garish, dark magnetite finish, and the exterior colors are now available in a bold ST Mean Green.

New performance seats have been specially developed to provide the driver with even better support during high-performance driving and comfort on the road. An integrated headrest and a 14-way adjustment help the driver to find his ultimate driving position, with striking red contrasting stitching and Sensico trim for a premium feeling. A sports steering wheel with a flattened bottom and a matt carbon-effect film with red details give the cabin a further sporty character.

An acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.5 seconds and a top speed of 230 km / h (143 mph) are delivered by a 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine that provides 200 hp at 6,000 rpm and the maximum torque increased from 290 Nm to 320 Nm from 1,600 rpm to 4,000 rpm. Patented, cold-formed force-vectoring springs and Tenneco twin-tube front dampers give the Fiesta ST a sharp turn-in and a high level of body control, while an optional mechanical Quaife limited-slip differential ensures improved traction and agility when cornering.

In addition to the normal and sport driving modes, the new Fiesta ST also offers a track mode instead of the eco mode of the new Fiesta, which deactivates traction control and puts ESC into wide-slip mode for round trips.
