We're big fans of the Polestar 2. It was the first car to properly compete – and beat in some areas – the mighty Tesla Model 3, but what the Polestar desperately needed was a cheaper version.

This is it. The Long Range Single Motor has, as the name suggests, the same long range of the Dual Motor Polestar 2 which launched last year. But this one is front-wheel drive, so it trades all-wheel-drive grip for a cheaper price.
