Building a budget friendly charcoal forge, using homemade charcoal. Welding & fabrication, as well some castable refractory.

Hair Dryer - used - $5
IMPERIAL MANUFACTURING - Castable Refractory Cement - 3 lb
SBI Firebrick - 9" x 4-1/2" x 1-1/4" - 7 bricks total
2" Plastic to Cast Iron Adjustable PVC Coupling - only 1
Square Tube - 1"x1"x0.100" wall - 19' of material
Square Tube - 2"x2"x0.125" wall - 2' of material
Flat Bar - 4"x0.250" - 3.6' of material
Plate 10Ga - 9-1/2" x 12"
Angle - 2"x2"x0.125" wall - 4.5' of material
