Homemade cola:
1/3 cup oolong tea leaves
7 cups boiling water
2 lemons peel only
1 orange peel only
3 black limes
1/4 cup dried bitter orange peel
6 star anise pods
4 cinnamon sticks smashed
2 cups granulated sugar
2 lemons juiced
1 orange juiced
2 tsp vanilla extract

To finish the drink:
Glass filled with crushed ice
1/3 cup oolong base from above
1/3 cup fizzy soda water
1 tbsp lime juice
A few drops of lime bitters
A few drops of vanilla extract
Piece of lime peel to garnish
