Jacob works in the eCommerce industry and decided to relocate his family to Santa Teresa Costa Rica where he made a deal with local hotel to convert their unused surf shack into a comfortable modern shed home office with an ocean view. With backup electricity, fiber optic internet with 100 MBPS download/upload, hardwired phone, a bathroom, a bed for siestas and a desk with an ocean view of a world class surf break, some would say he is living the dream in this tiny home like outdoor office. No need to be a digital nomad when you find the place you want to stay! This is a great example of alternative living and alternative spaces.

Essentially a tiny house shed, this studio is similar to a she shed but instead functions as a backyard office. This is his man cave where he gets work done. With three kids, this also serves as a man cave. It’s a great shed idea, he did a shed to tiny house conversion. He doesn’t live in it, but this is useful for shed house design ideas.
