How to relax your mind and stop judging others.

Despite whether we think it’s immoral to judge and despite our best efforts, it’s very easy to judge another person.

People may judge another person for something as innocent as what they watch on TV, to calling in sick to work just to get a day off.

In order to judge another person, you must hold negative thoughts in your mind. When you hold negative thoughts in your mind, you are forcing your body to react in a negative physiological way and if you’ve watched my other videos, you know the negative impact that repetitive negative thoughts can have on your overall health.

Everyone behaves in accordance with how his or her subconscious mind was shaped throughout their entire lifetime.

Someone’s behavior to one person may be interpreted as kind, loving, and respectful, while to another person could be detrimental, rude, and selfish.

Who is right and who is wrong? Our perspective shapes the way we look at the situation.

Depending upon what you were exposed to throughout your entire life and what your deepest, most fundamental beliefs are, your truth may not be another person’s truth. However, neither perspective is more valuable than the other.

When we start to realize that everyone’s perspective is dependent upon how they were raised, what they read, watched, listened to, and everything else they were exposed to, life becomes so much easier when we see something we don’t agree with.

Before understanding this fundamental truth of human nature, judgmental thoughts can consume your mind.

Also, if someone is always in a state of judgement, they are doing their mental and physical health an injustice, in addition to all the adverse outcomes that come with the social aspect of continually judging someone you don’t agree with.

However, the next time you hear about or see someone do something that you would not do, simply say to yourself, they are living their truth, which is different from my truth.
