One way we can practice hearing from our guardian angel is by learning to respond to the thoughts or intuitive nudges we get. Whether we're in a park, on a walk, or in a meeting, as we act on those quiet nudges that are only ever kind and loving, we strengthen that connection to our guardian angels. As Lorna says in this video, "Our guardian angels always connect with us in love, in kindness, giving us hope and giving us encouragement and giving us guidance."

Ask your guardian angel for a sign and remain open to receiving it. You might ask for a feather or a flower or a bunch of flowers, or maybe a stranger to say hello to you. Our guardian angels will keep putting these signs out for us to hear and notice, though we must have belief in our own ability to spot it when they do.

The most important thing is to keep pestering your guardian angel to give you a sign. Lorna's advice is, "Pester your guardian angel like anything, but you too must play your part. You too have to be alert to watch out for the signs your guardian angel is giving you."
