Opened on August 4, 1950, the Monte Vista Drive-in Theater located on El Camino Real and Grant road, in Mountain View, California. Under the screen was a small play area. With an 800 car capacity, the snack bar and projector room was located in the center. This particular theater was equipped with heaters that were attached to the speaker poles. By 1978, the theater made way for homes.

We’re seeking funding get our VR (Virtual Reality) Drive-in to market. The VR Drive-in™ was showcased at the 2015 Salt Lake City Comic Con. Viewable on various head-mounted devices, it immerses viewer into the 1950's drive-in from a classic car.
