During my second pregnancy, I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes and Gestational Hypertension. Here's a vlog of what I eat in a week as pregnant with gestational diabetes and hypertension. Aside from metformin (medication for GD), I was also taking baby aspirin prescribed for my gestational hypertension.
