In June 0f 2021 Michael was driving home from a music gig late at night. He was traveling in Northern New York, near the St. Lawrence River. At a certain point he spotted movement in a field to his right.

At first Michael thought it was a deer, but then realized the creature was bipedal. As his car got closer, the beast ran across the road, swerving between his car and a car in the other lane. He watched as the strange creature entered the field on the other side of the road.

Michael was shocked by what he saw, and shared his account on social media. While he recounted what he saw, he remembered that there had been Bigfoot sightings about a mile from where he had his encounter.

In the video Michael recounts the events of that night, and the impact seeing Bigfoot has had on his life since.

Seeing Michael struggle to make sense of his Bigfoot sighting is powerful and compelling. His account, as well as others in the area are certainly curious.

This interview was filmed for a feature length documentary I am making about bigfoot sightings in northern New York. I will be sharing more clips as I work on the film.
