Finally had the time to upload the long overdue DIY project. The "DIY MDF Table Saw" was put into action cutting 3/4" MDF board. Another DIY tool that was put into action was the D"IY Palm Router Circle Cutting Jig for Cutting Small Holes".

Components in this project:
- 6.5" Magnum by Electone Philippines 8 Ohm 80w Hi-fi Woofers
- 3" Kevler Professional GT-100 8 Ohm 100w Tweeters
- Crown CN-2500 600w 2 way Crossover/Dividing Network
- 6" x 2" plastic port tubes
- Speaker terminals

Palm router really did a very good job in cutting the holes no sweat. Wouldn't do any projects cutting holes without it. Edge rounding was also a breeze using the DCA palm router.

Sheet sander also did helped a lot in sanding from grit 80, 120, and 240 sandpapers.

The First plan was to paint the enclosures using an automotive paint but would require enormous amount of lacquer thinner to thin the sticky, volatile automotive lacquer paint. So I ended up purchasing a liter of premium acrylic latex paint for home use. It was a quick job painting latex with a foam roller. Had so much fun painting.

Church the French Bulldog and Wiki the Belgian Malinois-Pitbull mix also really did a lot of helping too, really. Amazing. ^_^
