Raw Vegan Power Balls Recipe

(Servings: 12 balls, Preparation Time: 20 Minutes, Cool Time: 60 Minutes)
Immune Boosting / Strength + Energy

Ingredients:

2 cups raw grated coconut
1 cup raw cashews
¾ cup coconut oil
½ cup raw cacao nibs
½ cup pure maple syrup
½ cup of mixture of hemp, flax seeds, chia seeds, and buckwheat
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Using a food processor, pulse cashews and cacao nibs until finely chopped.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the mixture to solidify.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, remove mixture from the fridge, and roll in ½ inch balls onto the sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
