Modesty Blaise is a newspaper strip character created in 1962 by British writer Peter O'Donnell.

In the stories, Modesty Blaise is the former head of an international criminal organization known as The Network. Although ostensibly retired, Modesty and her partner Willie Garvin continually find themselves in a series of adventures which usually involve conflict with some nefarious criminal mastermind.
