Subaru is launching a new Wilderness family of more capable off-road vehicles, and the first model to get the treatment is the 2022 Outback.

Based on the existing Onyx Edition XT, the new 2022 Outback Wilderness uses several design and mechanical upgrades to improves its off-roading capabilities. Subaru says the new Wilderness is the most capable Outback it has ever made.
