In this video I talk about how to pay off your mortgage faster. The truth about velocity banking is that you can pay off your mortgage early without using any of these silly “hack” ideas and velocity banking strategies. Without taking the risk of an adjustable rate home equity line of credit. While I understand there is some validity to the strategy and the math can help you pay off your mortgage faster, I don’t think it’s a realistic option or strategy for 99% of the people out there. For most people, this strategy is much more risky than other ways to pay off your mortgage early. This is just my 2 cents and take it for what its worth, I am trying to help people win in finance and this strategy gets so much attention I think it deserves a little analysis.
