So recently I watched the first movie in the Descendants franchise. And despite being one of the strangest and most cheaply made films i've ever seen. It was still an absolute masterpiece. Seriously, who would have thought right? And so I rewatched the second one. And whilst i'm not sure that it fully recaptures the magic of the first film (which really just is a perfect storm scenario), and is somewhat a case of diminishing returns. It was still a lot of fun.
