Quick 5-minute standing yoga flow focused on improving balance and strength without using hands. This workout is challenging on strength and balance, so not ideal for total beginners, but of course feel free to challenge yourself. Definitely a great 5-minute burn that can be done anytime, anywhere even in the office for a quick yoga and energy boost.

This short energizing yoga sequence will challenge your body and mind, don't be fooled by the short time you will feel a burn ;)

Remember to breathe deeply and listen to your body throughout the practice, because that's when true yoga begins and just another workout ends.
