He's currently the Chairman and CEO of France-based Renault, and of Japan-based Nissan.

In 2003 Fortune identified him as one of the 10 most powerful people in business outside the U.S.

He's Carlos Ghosn and here are his Top 10 Rules for Success.

1. Don't listen to the #littleman
He completed his secondary school studies in Lebanon, at the Jesuit school Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour.

2. Have discipline
He graduated with university engineering degrees from the École Polytechnique and the École des Mines de Paris.

3. Create hit products
After graduation he spent 18 years at Michelin, Europe's largest tire maker.

4. Take risks
When he was 30 years old, he was appointed COO of Michelin’s South American operations.

5. Be flexible
In 1996, the ailing French auto manufacturer Renault recruited Ghosn as Executive Vice President.

6. Know how to execute
His radical restructuring of Renault successfully returned the company to profitability in 1997.

7. Learn from diversity
While maintaining his roles at Renault, he joined Nissan.

8. Work for yourself
He was the fourth non-Japanese person to lead a Japanese automaker.

9. Make the right decisions
He led the Renault-Nissan Alliance into the mass-market zero-emission electric car market in a major way.

10. Be committed
He saved Nissan from its near bankruptcy in 1999, and he earned the nickname "Mr. Fix It".

Bonus:
Be interesting.
Fix the problems.
Have mentors.

This is one of the more realistic rules of success I have watched. Working Capital.......that is real advice. May I suggest Carlos Ghosn for a possible Top 10. Cheers, keep up the good work.
