Day 5 of sneaking veggies into my toddlers food!! At this point, I feel like I’m just making food for me to eat since she will barely eat any of it. 🤣 At least they’re good!

🥔 POTATO NUGGET 🥔
5 potatoes
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/3 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
1. Boil potatoes until fork tender and then boil peas
2. In a bowl, mash the potatoes and mix in peas, egg, nutritional yeast, and breadcrumbs
3. Shape into nuggets and dip into breadcrumbs
4. Bake at 380F for 25-30 mins!
