Far too often, I've come across individuals sharing stories of unfavorable experiences with their realtors. However, these experiences are often preventable, because you can fire your realtor! If your realtor is not responding to you, guiding you, or properly educating you on the process, you can fire them! Although there is some stress that naturally comes with purchasing a home, it's supposed to be an exciting and pleasant experience! Of course, realtors aren't magical fairy creatures that can make anything happen, so it's also important to evaluate your expectations and communicate your concerns, but you should not assume that you are stuck with your realtor if they're an asshole.
