When is a gravel bike no longer for gravel? We make some big changes to the Specialized S-Works Crux to make it fast on pavement. We start with changing the drivetrain to a 2X and then changing up the wheels to a much faster Roval Rapide CLX II wheel set matched with the new S-Works Mondo tires in 32. We go over the changes, ride, weight and everything else. What is your go to setup and do you think this is still a gravel bike? Let us know in the comments!
