60 years ago on this day, "it's a small world" made its original debut at the 1964-1965 New York World's Fair as a salute to UNICEF and the children of the world. Coming from the creative minds of Walt Disney and his team of legendary Imagineers including Mary Blair, Rolly Crump, and Marc Davis, this attraction celebrates the idea of peace and unity all around the world, in hope of a better tomorrow.
