Welcome back to another video, TheThings fans! Today we’re taking a deep dive into the infamous The Simpsons conspiracy. If you’ve been online in any capacity over the past few years you’ve probably heard of the theory surrounding The Simpsons and their uncanny ability to somehow predict the future.

That’s right, the series isn’t just known for Bart Simpson and the rest of the gang. It’s more than just a comedy series.

The Simpsons has been around for a very long time - 1989 to be exact, so naturally, the fact that they’ve accurately predicted things like Super Bowl performances, Smart Watches, and Donald Trump becoming president years in advance, is admittedly unnerving. They even warned us about the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic!

Other predictions include Murder Hornets, a Game of Thrones episode, and even Nobel Prize Winners.

Whether it’s the writers that are time travelers, or just very very specific coincidences, we think it’s worth taking the time to look at all the episodes that have come to pass. That’s why in this video we’re going over all their wild predictions that came true, and what The Simpsons think 2021 and beyond has in store for us. Fingers crossed it’s a little better than 2020.
