When rest and reduction of intensity didn't resolve my knee issues last year, I wasn't in a position last year where I felt comfortable going to a medical professional. So it was time to take matters into my own hands, for better or worse. Fortunately, for me, I believe I was able to diagnose my issue, fix the immediate problems, and develop a routine that would prevent it from repeating in the future.
