Volkswagen may have been a bit late to the SUV party, but with the new #Atlas joining the lineup in 2018, it’s allowed SUV’s to account for over 50% of sales in the US. For 2020, VW is expanding the Atlas family to include the #AtlasCrossSport. Built off the same MQB platform as the bigger 3-row model, the new #VolkswagenAtlasCrossSport is about 5 inches shorter and has the same kind of slopping roofline we see on some luxury SUV’s. It’s about the same size as the old #Touareg and one of the roomiest models in the segment, but those of you with an old Touareg may still find the level of luxury is not quite up to the same snuff as VW’s original SUV.
