An old friend from England messaged me and said that he'd been in Thailand for a week and was thinking of going to Western Thailand for a few days. I thought to myself I should show him around. It turned out to be the hottest week in Western Thailand for a long, long time, but we had an aircon car and a couple of rooms in a decent resort.... and of course, we stopped at a few places on the way:
