When we awarded up-and-coming Director Lauren Neal the 2020 Hyundai Emerging Director Award last year and hired her to tell a story about the LGBTQ community on behalf of our brand, we had no idea we were on the cusp of a global pandemic.

Neal showed up with talent and resolve to work through the ever-changing landscape of safety protocols to cast, direct and produce the video. And what she and the team put together ended up being a beautiful story of the LGBTQ community by the LGBTQ community.
