At SXSW, I caught up with Lance Ulanoff, editor-in-chief for Mashable, and asked him about some of the innovative ideas and trends he's seeing at the show.
We talked about some of the new apps being presented, but also the importance of letting your schedule go and stop being stressed out where you've got to be. Serendipity is a key part of having a successful SXSW.
We also joked about how people gravitate towards whatever the hot trend is and just create a mashup of it. This year, everything was a mashup of Pinterest and something else.
