I have owned the car since getting it for my 15th birthday, however it was taken away by my parents shortly after getting my license for letting a friend drive it while under their insurance, so since then it sat parked in my parents garage until they told me it had to get out a few years ago. It was trailered to my friends shop and parked outside with the hopes of having him eventually do the bodywork. Lack of finances led to it never making it into the shop. After discovering videos from channels like Vice Grip Garage, Junkyard Digs, Thunderhead289 and Dylan McCool and watching them bring so many forgotten cars back to life I was inspired to tackle the project myself on a budget. So I brought it home last fall and covered it and now spring has finally arrived and its time to see if she will drive after all these years!
