Hi friends! I really hope you enjoy this day with me recreating an example of my first days hopping into recovery: actioning a minimum based on my fear foods and rebelling against ED rules.
As I state in the video, this is NOT an example of a 'typical' day in recovery for me (or a reflection of my average recovery hungry and DEFINITELY not a reflection of EH or anything even like it)- it's an example of me actioning a base-line minimum at the very start of my recovery journey with some tips for how I navigated this process.
