In April 2024, the ICP team was actively involved in the Web3 Festival and initiated the inaugural Hacker House in Hong Kong.

Dominic Williams, Founder and Chief Scientist of DFINITY, delivered a presentation on decentralized AI as a smart contract, while Jan Camenisch, CTO of DFINITY, dived into ICP's role as a Bitcoin L2.
