These 3 boxes of tools arrived last week from 3 different customers.
I've been putting this job off for too long, but now to get stuck in and get them checked over and of the floor.

It's funny, some days, you get through hardly any tools, but everything gets fixed. Others, you get through loads of tools, but it feels like nothing got fixed.
Only a few in this lot were worth fixing. The rest were simply not worth fixing, and it would be cheaper to replace in the long run.

As  for batteries, this is a good representation as to how many get fixed. 9 times out of 10, batters are not worth fixing.
You have to remember, even if you swap cells over, you still end up with a battery with old worn-out cells inside. You are simply paying a lot of labour for something that is going to eventually fail again.
Best advice for batteries is only to fix simple problems. If the board or cells die, replace the battery with another genuine one. It will save you money in the long run.
