Today I dethatch my lawn for the first time using a Swardman reel mower using their scarify / dethatch cartridge. Dethatching was a lot more work than I expected. It's not as bad as scalping but still a great way to further thin out my Bermuda grass lawn. The lawn dethatching / scarification process should help the lawn green up a bit sooner.
