Buildin super on the smoker.. Pork chops in a marinade with loaded up taters..

Pork chop marinade:
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Marinade at least 4 pork chops in this marinade. Or cut in half if you are doing less. Let the chops sit in the marinade for at least an hour or over night. Grill, smoke, fry, or bake these chops to an internal temp of 145°F to 160°F. Or however you like it!

1 stick butter
1/2 c. sour cream
milk, as needed
2-3 c. shredded cheese

Mash the potatoes with the butter. Add the sour cream and milk and continue mixing until smooth and creamy. Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic, chives (reserving a bit for the top), bacon (reserving a bit for the top) and shredded cheese (reserving a bit for the top). Sprinkle the top with remaining cheese, bacon, and chives. Cover with sprayed foil and bake at 350°F for about 30-40 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
