To set an intention means to ask the universe for something you would like to change in your life. It doesn’t have to be goal orientated or focussed on the material things you could gain. Believe me—I’m all for material comforts—I’m a Taurus!

But search deep in your heart. Maybe you wish you could get a new job; or embody a more positive outlook; or embrace patience; or maybe you wish you had a stronger relationship with someone special. It can be anything.

To have the best experience, make sure you find a quiet room in your home, cover yourself with a blanket and use an eye pillow or eye mask to block out any light.
