The Environmental Center partnered with The Peaceful Presence Project for March Green Drinks. This engaging discussion with panelists Anna Swenson, Mary Ann Perry, Dr. Kami Fletcher, and Jeff Lujan talked about current body disposition options connected to green burial and human composting. Using the article ‘Whose Green Burial is it Anyway?’ as a point of inquiry, panelists and participants engaged in conversation about the ‘greening’ of America deathways and the larger questions around land stewardship, indigenous relationships with land, life and death, and inclusionary and accessibility challenges connected to the movement.
