Welcome to the show! It’s a big day for us as it’s the first day back filming since, oooh, ages ago… preceding England’s Covid movement restrictions through the beginning of 2021. The good news is that things have eased up a little bit, so we’re back in the room.

This show is fairly loose in scope. We’re just glad to be back. We catch up about various things before discussing three topics each that we’ve discovered/changed/re-energised during the apart time.
Dan talks about some cool new reverb sounds from his CXM1978; his new-found love for the Hologram Microcosm and how lockdown has left him totally gig-unfit.
I give Dan his first actual listen to the new Epiphone Casino pickups; take a brief stomp around my latest pedalboard and also talk about an alternate picking method that’s helping my speed and accuracy a little bit.
We finish up with a look forward to a couple of cool new things we hope to be doing at TPS as 2021 moves into the summer.
As we say, kinda loose.

Note: Around 57:45 mins, I’m explaining the loop order/pedals on the board. I mean SWITCH not LOOP. So the Tube Screamer is in Loop 1 but it’s on Switch 2. I know I know, confusing! Correct loops below.
