His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs visited the American University of Bahrain (AUBH), and became the University’s first lecturer and senior speaker, to deliver an inspirational speech on life challenges and how to overcome them, for a lifetime of success.

His Highness was welcomed by AUBH President, Dr. Susan E. Saxton, and Dr. Sh. Sager Al Khalifa, AUBH Lecturer of the Negotiations and Conflict Management Class. The lecture which saw AUBH Students come together both in-person and online, was a true moment of inspiration for Bahrain’s youth.

The speech was followed by questions from students, including a request to have His Highness accompany one of AUBH Students, when he wins Bahrain’s first Oscar award in the future.

This event underscores the support of His Highness towards empowering youth, educating them, and sharing that the Kingdom is on the right path of progress and prosperity.

It also highlights the University’s holistic approach to education which includes inspirational speaker series, meant to inspire and educate students towards a lifetime of success.
